We always provide secure packaging (bubble wrap, padded envelopes)
We aim to dispatch parcels within 24 hours via Royal Mail service after receiving payment including most Saturdays
We always retain certificate of posting in case parcel is damaged, delayed or lost in post.

Items damaged, delayed or lost in post
Please, bear in mind that we act as seller and not courier. From the moment we leave parcel with courier
we are very limited in actions. All compensation will be given once approved by Royal Mail (to protect our business from fraudulent claims)

In case an item is lost in post we will always ask Royal Mail and Ebay to investigate each case.
We will also ask other sellers who dealt with buyer in question if they had any problems with this buyer.
We will always leave a follow up feedback explaining that the item was lost in post.
In case of suspicious buying practices we will pass the case to our lawyer for further actions.
