WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Provisions of warranty
1. If a product proves to be defective during a period of 90 days from the date of purchase
this product will be repaired, replaced free of charge or your money will be refunded.
2. To claim under warranty the customer shall transport this product to us at his own risk and
shall be responsible for any costs incurred in transporting this product.
3. The warranty does not cover the following and the customer will be required to pay repair charge,
even for defects occuring during warranty period reffered above.
(a) Any effect that occurs due to mishandling
(b) Any effect that occurs due to repair, modification, cleaning etc
(c) Any effect or damage that occurs due to transport, a fall, shock etc
(d) Any effect or damage that occurs due to fire, earthquake, flood damage,
thunderbolt, other natural disasters, envoiremental pollution and irregular voltage sources.
(e) Any effect or damage that occurs due to careless or improper storage (such as kepping the product
under conditions of high temperature and humidity, near inspect repellents such as naphthalyne
or harmful drags) or improper maintanance, etc
(f) Any effect that occurs due to exhausted battery
(g) Any effect that occurs due to sand, mud, etc entering the inside of the product casing

This warranty is an addition to and does not affect the customer's statuory right
